1. Overview & Single Purpose

TrendSpyre ("we", "us", or "our") provides a Chrome browser extension and companion intelligence service designed solely to assist performance marketers, DTC brand operators, and media buyers in archiving public ad creatives and inspecting public Shopify store catalog signals. We adhere strictly to Google Chrome Web Store Single Purpose and User Data policies.

2. Information We Collect

We only process data strictly necessary to deliver extension features:

• Account Credentials: Your email address to authenticate your license and manage subscription billing.
• Saved Ad Content: Public ad media links (video/image URLs), advertiser page names, and copy text that you explicitly choose to save into your swipe file.
• Store Catalog Data: Publicly accessible store product listings and theme metadata from the active tab when you trigger the Store Radar.

3. How We Use Permissions

• storage: Persists your local ad swipe file, user preferences, and trial status securely on your machine.
• activeTab: Identifies whether the currently opened website is an e-commerce store or ad library to display relevant public metrics.
• Host Permissions: Injects the unobtrusive 1-click save button on public Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center pages, and queries public JSON catalog feeds on Shopify storefronts.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We do NOT sell, lease, or trade user data to third parties. We do not use or transfer user data for personalized advertising, credit scoring, or data brokerage. Payment processing is handled directly by Stripe with 256-bit encryption; we never handle or store payment card numbers.
